Return & Warranty Policy

At shedingard, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a refund of 10% of the product price within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a partial refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Perishable goods such as live plants or seeds are not eligible for partial refunds.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@shedingard.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include the RA number with your return shipment, along with a copy of your original order invoice.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund of 10% of the product price within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
The refunded amount will be 10% of the product price.
Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number. Exchanges are subject to availability.
